Ross Recycling is currently pursuing R2v3 certification and is actively working through the certification process. While our R2v3 certification has not yet been finalized, we have implemented many of the operational controls, documentation practices, chain-of custody procedures, data security protocols, and responsible recycling practices required under the R2v3 framework. Our goal is to provide customers with transparent, secure, and environmentally responsible recycling solutions.
R2v3 Certified

R2 (Responsible Recycling) is the leading certification standard for the electronics recycling industry. The v3 designation represents the most current and rigorous version of this standard. R2v3 certification demonstrates that our facilities and processes meet the highest requirements for environmental responsibility, worker health and safety, data security, and responsible downstream management.
What R2v3 Certification Covers
Environmental Management: Documented systems for tracking materials through the recycling process, ensuring proper handling and minimizing environmental impact.
Data Security: Verified procedures for the destruction and sanitization of data-bearing devices, protecting sensitive information at every stage.
Health & Safety: Workplace safety programs that protect our employees and meet OSHA standards.
Downstream Accountability: Verification that all downstream vendors and processors also meet responsible recycling standards. Materials don’t end up in landfills or unregulated facilities.
Downstream Compliance
Our national downstream partners have been in 100% compliance, with zero violations levied against them on products directed through Ross Recycling facilities and processes. We don’t just certify our own operations. We verify the entire chain.
DEV NOTE: Pending from client: List any additional certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, NAID AAA, SOC 2, e-Stewards, state permits, etc.)
Additional Certifications
[Pending: Additional certifications to be confirmed by Ross Recycling. Update this section with any ISO, NAID, state, or industry-specific certifications held by Ross Recycling or their downstream partners.]
What This Means for You
When you work with a certified recycler, you’re not taking our word for it. Our processes have been independently audited and verified. You get documented proof that your materials were handled to the highest standards, which protects your organization from regulatory risk and reputational exposure.
