FAQ

What types of electronics do you accept?

We accept computers, laptops, servers, networking equipment, cell phones, tablets, printers, copiers, monitors, televisions, medical equipment, point-of-sale systems, telecom equipment, and most other electronic devices. If you're not sure, call us.

What materials do you NOT accept?

We do not accept propane tanks, firearms or ammunition, radioactive material, motor oil, rubber car tires, medical waste, paint, hazardous chemicals, or construction debris. If you have questions about a specific material, contact us, and we'll let you know.

What non-ferrous metals do you buy?

Copper (bare bright, #1, #2), insulated wire, aluminum (sheet, cast, extrusion, cans), brass, bronze, motors, transformers, lead, batteries, stainless steel, nickel, titanium, and carbide.

Do you offer pickup services?

Yes. We provide collection and transportation services for both electronics and metals. For large volumes or regular pickups, we'll set up a scheduled program that works for your operations

How does data destruction work?

We offer two methods: software-based erasure (NIST 800-88 compliant) and physical hard drive shredding. Both methods render data permanently unrecoverable. You receive a certificate of destruction for every job.

Do you serve residential customers?

Yes. Individuals can recycle personal electronics through our program. Contact us for drop-off locations or to schedule a residential pickup.

How do I get a quote?

Contact us by phone, email, or through the form on our Contact page. For metals pricing, call for current market rates. For electronics recycling and data destruction, we'll need to know the type and volume of materials to provide an accurate quote.

What areas do you serve?

We serve clients nationwide through our network of certified partners and logistics capabilities. Contact us to discuss service in your area.

How quickly do you pay for metals?

We offer fast payments on non-ferrous metals. Specific payment terms depend on volume and material type. Call us for details.

What happens to my electronics after pickup?

All storage media is destroyed or sanitized first. Then, the equipment is sorted: functional items are remarketed, and end-of-life items go through material recovery. Valuable metals, plastics, and glass are extracted. Hazardous materials are handled in compliance with environmental regulations. Nothing goes to a landfill.
