Michael Tinsley – CEO
Michael Tinsley is an environmental professional and recycling industry leader with over 16 years of experience in e-waste management, metals recycling, and sustainability program development. A graduate of Kentucky State University with a degree in biology and a minor in chemistry, Michael began his career as a chemist with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency before serving as an OSHA Compliance Officer. He brings deep expertise in environmental safety, regulatory compliance, and responsible recycling systems.
J. Bentley Bradshaw – CFO
Bentley Bradshaw brings over 40 years of financial and business leadership to Ross Recycling. A graduate of Centre College with a degree in economics and management, he built his career in investment banking before moving into the recycling industry as CFO of Diversified Metal Distributors, which operated scrap metal facilities in Alabama, Ohio, and North Carolina. He oversees all accounting functions and business development at Ross Recycling.
Bobby Keith – Yard Manager
Bobby Keith is an experienced Scrap Yard Manager with a strong background in recycling operations and material processing. He oversees daily yard operations, ensuring the efficient handling, sorting, and processing of recyclable materials while maintaining high standards of environmental responsibility. With a focus on operational excellence and customer service, Bobby drives productivity, sustainability, and continuous improvement within the facility. His leadership supports a safe, organized, and successful recycling operation that contributes to a more sustainable future.
Austin Watts – Materials Intake Manager
Austin Watts is an experienced Materials Intake Manager skilled in recycling operations. He specializes in material identification, logistics coordination, and quality control. Austin oversees the process of receiving incoming materials, ensuring proper documentation, accurate classification, and the efficient movement of recyclable commodities throughout the facility. With a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational efficiency, he maintains the highest standards for material handling and customer service. His leadership is essential in supporting a successful recycling program while promoting sustainability and responsible resource recovery.
